Hey yall welcome back. I know I haven't posted any entries in the month of November, and I'm pretty sure most of you know the reason behind it. The reason being, I'm currently having my internship since 26 October and I have very little time for myself ever since work started. Trust me, I have had this post sitting in my draft since early November and I'm only re-writing it tonight ;')

I'm down with 10 weeks more, give or take and work has been okay for me. One thing that I've came to realise while having my internship is that, nothing you study in school is applicable for working life. I might be exaggerating a little bit about the nothing, but most of the things I've learnt these past three years hasn't been used yet at work. I still am getting used to this vicious 9-6 cycle; staring at my laptop for hours, sitting down for hours, and snacking for hours but overall, I really love the working environment. Everyone is friendly and they really treat me like their own staff, even though I am just an intern. Fingers crossed, it'll stay like this forever haahahaha. Another plus side to intern, I've been appreciating the weekends even more now because I can wake up as late as I want. Like today.

I thought that during intern, I'll be alone and miserable. Usually, the students are being sent to different companies and the chances of having two students in the same company is little but thankfully, I'm not alone here as my classmate is posted to the same company as I am. It would have been different if I didn't have her beside me :-( Talking about friends, I've been missing each and everyone of them so deeply. We met last weekend but not everyone went because they were unable to. We met for bingsu at nunsaram and then spent time sharing stories about intern life.

After that, kailee and kuna had other plans so they left, so me and nini continued shopping around the area before making our way to NP for this play called Mencari Purnama. It would have been great if Nina was around because malay theaters are her thing and she love everything about the malay culture.

Its our first time going to a play and we thought that we'd be so lost if they used really great malay sentences (like those very artsy malay plays) but thankfully the play was easy to understand and the plots were great! Not to forget the handsome actors hahaha I'm glad that I went with Nini.

Also last night, I finally own a pair of vans, thanks to dad! My dad picked me up after work and we went straight to Singapore Expo to shop, and went for late dinner at Bedok corner. It was a great end to the working week.
Now, I'll continue enjoying my weekends before I start work again on monday, what a chore :-(

(and yes, I was wearing the same lipstick on both days, the one with nini was taken exactly after i bought the lipstick hehehe)

goodnight, love haz x
