Hello lovelies.
As you all know, 18 February is not any ordinary day. In fact, it marks the date where my beautiful best friend, Sajidah, officially turn nineteen. Wow how time flies huh?
We were secondary school students 3 years ago, and now we're gonna reach the big 20 soon. Turning 20 sounds so nerve-wrecking and exciting at the same time.
Nureen, Nad and I decided to throw Sajidah a surprise on her birthday. We asked saj about how she'll be spending the day and she told us she has to go for two doctor's appointments at CGH. We were pretty nonchalant about asking her and we managed to get the details from her.
According to saj, she has two appointments and after the appointments, she'll be spending time alone, and she also has planned out the itinerary for the day. She was stoked to finally have some time for herself after being super busy with school and productions. After getting the necessary deets, we went forth with our plan.
I was unable to join them in the morning, and so I made my way to meet them in the afternoon. It was pretty tough playing spy with the two of them because I wanted to surprise saj with my presence. The both of them informed saj that I couldn't join because I was out with my family members. (it was a lie hehe) I made my way to West Mall's Pastamania, where the girls were having their lunch.
I wasn't familiar with the area and was alone, which made it more difficult. But thankfully, I found the store with nureen's help. I was rushing to get there because I was afraid that they'll leave before me reaching there so I panicked on the way, so very typical of me. I made my way slowly into pastamania, and boy she was shocked! Birthday surprise: success! And that marked the start of the real celebration.
I love you, Sajidah Rahman
I left the house in a hurry and did not manage to eat my lunch so I ate it there with them. We mostly talked about school and all the stuffs that were bugging us. We probably stayed in pastamania for about two hours because we were too engrossed in catching up. We then headed to JEM to lepak again because no one wanted to go home yet. Initially, our plan was to grab llao llao at westgate but when we reach there, the store was closed due to chinese new year's eve :-( we then went to the nearest froyo store and fortunately for us, it was a 1-for-1 deal and we paid half the prices for our froyos! It was our first time eating sogurt and it's such a great deal!!!

We were too tired to move or walk around the mall and so we decided to sit at sogurt until we feel like heading back home. We continued our conversation from pastamania while filling our tummies with delicious food. At that moment when I'm chilling with these ladies, I realised that I can never find anyone like them. They've always been there for me through thick and thin and I am truly blessed to be around them and am still keeping in contact with them.
We spent our evening reminiscing the past and all of the funny stuffs we did back in secondary school. It was super hilarious recounting back all the lame ass shit we used to do. I'll let the pictures do all the talking for now.

I really felt that the day was spent really well. Even though we didn't have much time, every second with them was worth it. To Sajidah, I hope our birthday surprise was okay and I hope you really had a blast with us and sorry for wrecking your alone time hehe happy nineteenth birthday babe, I love you.
To more years of friendship and to many more exciting adventures with all of you.
